Easy to setup. King, Queen Bed,and table folds into 3rd bed. Sleeps 6 adults comfortability. Lots of storage. 3 Way Refrigerator, gas stove, A/C unit, furnace, Toilet and Shower, Water Heater, 2 way sink (water tank and pump or city water hookup). Gas stove and table can be used inside our out. Has an attached awning. Comes with a few pots and pans, and a fitted sheet for the popout beds. It requires a 2" ball to pull it. Camper does have a battery backup that runs the water pump/ and lights and fridge but will not run A/C or heater. This is a great camper for any camping trip!!!! **No smoking is allowed in the camper.** **No festivals!!** We also have camping chairs, Medium Water containers with spout, and a travel propane grill for rent.

Camper will be inspected at the time of taking possession and again when it is returned. Please allow 30 minutes for return inspection. It must be clean when returned or a cleaning charge of $25 will be deducted from damage deposit. Dogs are allowed but if there are any soiled spots on the cushions or major claw marks a $30 charge we be deducted from the damage deposit for cleaning of the cushians and/or repair of the interior of the camper. There is a $50 reservation fee that can be applied to the rental. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 2 weeks of the rental date the $50 will be refunded. The air conditioner dripped a little bit but it was disclosed before we rented and we appreciated the honesty. We would certainly rent this camper again. Our family of five certainly enjoyed it!
