It has a private bedroom with 2 closets, 2 drawers, and 2 overhead compartments. It has a futon in the rear that sleeps two with a bunk overhead, complete with ladder. Kitchen includes double sink, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, conventional oven with 4-burner stove with vent, newer fridge, plenty of storage cabinets, a large closet, and pull-out pantry. Also included are pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Also included is a LCD flat screen tv with a DVD player and a huge awning outside. The all important bathroom has a large shower/tub, new toilet, deep sink, mirrors, and lots of counter and storage space. This unit is very clean and non-smoking. The roof has been replaced, so no worries about leaks. Bring the dogs for an extra $10 a night, plus an extra security deposit of $100. The A/C blows very cold and it\'s also heated for those fall hunting trips. Will include linens and blankets if needed, please bring your own towels and pillows.

If you are unable to put down a $300 damage deposit check, please do not ask me to let you rent it without one. I\'ve tried this a couple of times trying to be nice and got burned. Just like anything else you go and rent, they want a damage deposit which is usually in the form of a credit card. I don\'t have a credit card machine at this time and cannot do this. This damage deposit is for my own protection and also gives the renter a little more motivation to return the camper clean and undamaged. Price for the night is $75 with a three-night minimum. Weekly rate is $400 for 7 nights. Deposit is $300 cash and will be returned after a visual inspection. We will empty the tanks upon return, however, we do ask that you return it with the inside as clean as when you left with it. One full propane tank is included. Deposit: $300 Delivery: $0 Pickup: N/A Other: If you have a truck capable of pulling this with a 5th wheel hitch or a ball hitch, plus light and brake hookups, you are welcome to tow it yourself. I have a 5th wheel converter hitch for it, so both types will work. It weighs 1800 pds and is 35 ft long
