Southern Sytle wood/gas Smoker Grill. Slow Smoke, Hot Smoke, or Grill. This unit works on Wood or Propane or BOTH. With it’s HUGH 500 gallon Smoke Chamber it will hold 60+ Boston Butt Roasts, 300+ Chicken Leg&Thighs, or a whole Split Hawg. Has a Full 4 burner range top for all the extra fix’ens. Trailer requires 2″ ball. Weddings, Reunions, Aniversaries, Grads, or any large get-togather.
