Did not reply to reservation

They never a replied to my emails regarding availability of renting the tables. I went elsewhere to rent.

Customer service was good but the bouncy house kept deflating. The top would come down on the kids.

Awesome service and the bounce house was a big hit!!

Never contacted by Lalo. Thought the reviews I saw about same thing was a one time deal and maybe had a good reason. If you would like to NOT be contacted and reserve a bounce house from him.

customer service is very poor. I will not order any future party item from here.

He was amazing! On time, efficient, friendly, and professional. I will rent all of my bounce houses from him going forward. I was beyond impressed!

Never received a return call. Why advertise if you\'re going to return calls????

They were professional, on time, and friendly. I\'m renting again from them in two weeks :)
