Customer service was good but the bouncy house kept deflating. The top would come down on the kids.

Never contacted by Lalo. Thought the reviews I saw about same thing was a one time deal and maybe had a good reason. If you would like to NOT be contacted and reserve a bounce house from him.

He was amazing! On time, efficient, friendly, and professional. I will rent all of my bounce houses from him going forward. I was beyond impressed!
