Unit includes a full modern kitchen (furnished with dinnerware, pots and pans, blender, toaster, coffeemaker and most basic kitchen items), a private four-person hot tub, TV, VCR/DVD combo, gas fireplace, and boat docks only 50-feet from a private patio.

This Point Place unit is located on the shores of beautiful Pelican Lake, in the heart of Breezy Point Resort. It’s just a short walk away from a playground, a beautiful beach, and the main building–Pelican Center–which features a swimming pool with water slide, kiddie pool with fountain, hot tub, sauna, gymnasium, aerobic & strength training equipment, craft/activity area, lounge area and tanning room. Pelican Center also has computers with internet access, as well as wireless internet. /
