I reserved it online, it had a message saying someone would contact me, and nobody called me. I didn't rent from you. Then I get a request for a review? Poor service at best.

They provided great service and included all of the equipment. They even provided the popcorn for the popcorn machine.
Would use them again.

Fundarentals is a great company to rent from, I was impressed by their timely set up and tear down of the GIANT 75FT Commercial Grade Giant Obstacle Course with Slide! Jimmy came to set it up and tear it down, he was very friendly! I will definitely be renting from Fundarentals in the future!

I was yold I could rent this water slide, the day before my son's party I was told it was Not available. I had to scrample to come up with a new Birthday Idea.

We ended up renting the Banzi Slide because it was available, we loved it and Darin was very easy to work with. We will rent again

After submitting my request, I received a response within 24 hours. The renter was curtious, provided all required material and instructions. He was even gracious enough to drop off and pick up rented items. The only thing keeping my rating from excellent was the pick up/drop off time didn't get squared away until less than 2 hours from start of party. So imagine my concern. But the party was a major hit for 14 middle school graduates. Will rent from this renter in the future.
