My second request got approved for the same weekend; may have been an oversight from the parent company, FractionalToys. After the confusion was cleared up to adjust the prices, it was smooth sailing from there. Nice clean and newer camper. Everything worked. The pick-up was welcoming and easy, the staff explained things well and in detail. The drop-off, fast and less than warm, the staff may have been busy. Would use as a second choice after private rental due to less flexible dates/rates.

We very much enjoyed staying in the Kingsport Travel Trailer. Everything was neat, clean and worked well. Brian was VERY helpful when he brought the trailer to our destination, explaining everything we needed to know. We would certainly do business again with Fractional Toy and plan to next year.

The camper was a great value for the money! The only thing that I would definitely do differently is give the renters a list as to how things should be cleaned upon return. We were just told things needed to be wiped down, but upon inspection after returning there were streaks and fingerprints on the microwave so they charged us $50! I would have been much more diligent about cleaning if I had a guideline... But it was fairly casual in the mention. All in all- a good experience though!

Trailer was in great shape at check out. Not labeled a Kingsport, rather a Trailmaster, but the model was the same and it was the exact trailer with regard to size and floor plan.

We would have appreciated a users' manual just to make sure we were working the operating systems correctly and to have some sort of troubleshooting guide in the event of a problem. Didn't need it during our trip, but nice to have for neophyte trailer renters.

A more detailed contract would have helped us understand the cleaning clause and associated fee. Renters are expected to "clean" the shower, toilet, sink, stove, refrigerator with cleaning supplies rather than just wipe down all surfaces. Otherwise the cleaning fee is imposed ($50, which seems reasonable).

Overall a good rental experience.

Really everything was great. I was very disappointed to find a regular fridge in the camper. This is a strong reason we rented a hard side trailer i never thought to double check. Leason learned. I would rent from Rick again.
